To ensure you are receiving current dated and authentic CRYODERM® products, we advise that you purchase exclusively from one of our authorized healthcare providers or authorized internet distributors.

By purchasing from unauthorized retailers, you may put yourself at risk of the following:
- Purchasing imitation, expired, or damaged products
- Not receiving the products you purchased
- Receiving products that cannot be returned
- Paying more for your products due to shipping fees, custom duties, and other taxes
- Receiving poor or no advice on the proper use of the product purchased

Unilateral Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policy:
AHC Ventures Corp., a Florida corporation doing business as CRYODERM®, has worked hard to ensure that all dealers, distributors, and other resellers of CRYODERM® products (collectively, “resellers”) provide the advice, service, education, and support necessary to maintain the high level of satisfaction we have developed with our customers. CRYODERM® has also concluded that certain advertising practices can affect our goodwill and are damaging to the high-quality standards and reputation that our products have achieved. In order to ensure that all resellers continue to provide high levels of advice, service, education and support for CRYODERM® products, and to avoid damage to our goodwill and reputation, CRYODERM® is establishing this Unilateral Minimum Advertised Price policy (also referred to herein as the “MAP Policy”) effective as of January 1, 2021.
In a unilateral policy decision concerning the marketing of its products,CRYODERM® has determined that its products should not be advertised at a price less than the CRYODERM® price list (the “Designated MAP Price”), as the same is provided by CRYODERM® to the resellers from time to time.
Although resellers remain free to sell CRYODERM® products at the price of their choosing, it is our unilateral policy to discontinue supplying CRYODERM® products to any reseller that:
- Advertises CRYODERM® products below the Designated MAP Price
- Engages in any prohibited advertising practices as provided in this MAP Policy
- Supplies products to third parties who the reseller knows, or should know after due inquiry and reasonable investigation, engage in any of the foregoing practices.
Notwithstanding anything in this MAP Policy to the contrary, and regardless of any course of dealing between CRYODERM® and any reseller, this MAP Policy only applies to a reseller’s advertised prices of CRYODERM® prodcuts—and is not designed and/or intended to establish the price by which a reseller desires to sell CRYODERM® products; as such, resellers are free to sell CRYODERM® products at whatever price they choose. Furthermore, this MAP Policy is not negotiable and is not an agreement between CRYODERM® and any reseller, nor is it an offer to be accepted or negotiated.
From time to time, CRYODERM®, in its sole, absolute and unfettered discretion, reserves the right to amend this MAP Policy and/or the Designed MAP Price for any product covered by this MAP Policy.
Reservation of rights:
CRYODERM® reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, to modify, amend, alter and/or discontinue, in whole and/or in part, this MAP Policy. Each and every reseller of CRYODERM® shall have actual and constructive notice of this MAP Policy when the same in contained and/or updated on our CRYODERM® website. This MAP Policy does not grant rights to any reseller, does not amount to a representation by CRYODERM® that it will do business in any specific way, and does not limit and/or otherwise restrict the right of CRYODERM®, in its sole, absolute and unfettered discretion, to continue doing business with any reseller. Furthermore, no reseller may rely on the enforcement or continuation of this MAP Policy. Please contact us with any inquiries regarding this MAP Policy.
