Be Sure You're Purchasing Authentic Products
We truly appreciate everyone who uses our products. We also realize not everyone buys them from us, and that's okay. But we want you to know, when you buy something with our name on it, that you're purchasing authentic and fresh CryoDerm products. We value the reputation of our products and we value the people who depend on them for pain relief.
The best way to tell that you're buying authentic CryoDerm product are our labels. We rolled out the labels in the pictures above almost three years ago. If you're purchasing products on eBay, Amazon, or elsewhere, and the labels pictured above are not the labels on the product, the chances are good that the product is either a knock-off, not meant for sale in the United States, or out of date. We stand behind our products, but we can't stand behind product that is sold by dishonest resellers when it is years out of date. We personally provide product to honest resellers, and they are using our current labels, and selling product that is well within the expiration date.
Another way to tell whether or not you are getting fresh and authentic product is the price. If you see one of our roll-ons on eBay selling for $10, we can assure you it is not fresh product. Our authorized distributors adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price policies and sell product to the public for the same price we do. We offer wholesale pricing to all licensed healthcare providers, who have to provide their license number to us and who log in with a password. Many healthcare providers offer our products to their patients...that's actually how we started, by distributing exclusively through healthcare providers. Our products have been available to the public for several years now, and we want to be sure you're getting the quality you expect.
