Delivery policy:

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery shall be F.O.B. seller's (AHC VENTURES INC.) place of business and all risk of loss shall pass to buyer when the products are delivered to the carrier. As security for all obligations of buyer to seller (AHC VENTURES INC.) at any time owing (whether existing at the time of shipment or thereafter), seller reserves and buyer grants to seller a security interest in all products sold and all proceeds thereof. Buyer represents to seller that buyer is solvent and able to pay for products, which representation shall be deemed renewed on each delivery of products.
