Return Policy
At anytime within 10 days of the original purchase date, you may return or exchange any un-used product for a full refund or exchange, less original shipping costs and restocking fee’s. Refunds are subject to a product inspection & approval. Once approved, refunds will be posted immediately to your credit card. We do not refund or exchange any product that has been opened, removed from its original packaging, used, slightly used, or used a little, due to health issues and or State and Federal regulations:
Products authorized for return must be returned U.P.S., signature required by receiver, prepaid and insured for the value shown on the invoice. All merchandise must be returned in the original box with original packaging materials. Credit will ONLY be applied for merchandise approved for a return or exchange- that we actually receive back. CRYODERM™ is not responsible, will not be held liable for and will not issue credit on merchandise that is not received. If your delivery confirmation can not be proven, there will be no refund.
ITEMS RETURNED ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS!
UPS shipments are track-able, and safe. Please protect your merchandise and your money... use U.P.S.!

Only items with prior RA #'s will be accepted.
NOTE: ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT A RA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY OUR SHIPPING AND RECEIVING DEPARTMENT, NOR CAN THEY BE RETURNED TO YOU, AND CREDIT WILL NOT BE AUTHORIZED.
